Our association is run entirely by volunteers and coaches are the backbone of our programs! Please reach out to one of our VPs if you can step up to lead a team or assist a head coach.

Coaches’ training clinics will be provided prior to the beginning of the season.

Criminal Record Checks

All coaches and assistant coaches 18 years and older must have a criminal record review completed and a clearance letter submitted to the Board of Directors.

If you’ve submitted a clearance letter in a past season, contact to ensure it hasn’t expired.

There are a few ways you can do this:

Method 1: Online Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP)

Beacon Hill is enrolled in the online Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP). You can complete the application online in about 5 minutes and the result is sent directly to Beacon Hill.

Method 2: Electronic Police Information Check

You can request a Police Information Check from the Victoria Police online. The process is simple and the result will be emailed back to you. Send the PDF document to
