Registration Information

T-Ball: ages 3-5
Junior Rookie: ages 5-7

• If your player’s league age overlaps two divisions and you are unsure which to select, please register in the lower age group. Players may be moved up or down a division based on skill level. Registration fees will be adjusted accordingly for players playing in a higher or lower division.
• Refunds will be issued for any cancelled registrations, minus a $50 admin fee
• Players in T-Ball and Junior Rookies are allowed to submit ONE friend request and it must be mutual (i.e. you must request each other). We do our best to match up friend requests but they are NOT guaranteed. Friend and Coach requests may not be accepted after March 15th for the Spring season. After that date, players will be placed on teams based on creating balanced and fair rosters across T-Ball and Junior Rookies. Please use the form field in the Registration to submit your mutual friend request.
• From time to time teams need an extra set of hands in addition to the coaches. If you would like to help out on the field for games or practices please make sure to complete a Criminal Record Check  You can complete the application online in 5 minutes and the result is sent directly to Beacon Hill. To complete the application, click the following link:  https://justice.gov.bc.ca/eCRC/. You will be prompted for Beacon Hill’s unique access code which is: PGS4ATK5H9
